Google Glass グーグル グラス

新たな眼鏡体験。

グーグルがグーグル眼鏡Project Glassの使用感やインターフェースを動画で公開しています。現段階では、まだイメージ動画だとは思いますが、期待は高まりますね。

以前にもイメージ動画は公開されていましたが、今回のものはより様々なシーンでの使い方が登場します。音声コントロール機能、ウェブ検索、レンズ表面での表示、翻訳まで、多岐にわたるシチュエーションが紹介されています。

グーグルがProject Glassにかなり力をいれているということは耳にはいってきますが、そのスペック詳細や、手が届く価格なのか、リリース時期等、まだまだ一般への販売は明らかにはなっていません。昨年のI/Oカンファレンスにて、開発段階のお試し版を一部の人が体験しました。また、現在グーグルは、試してみたい個人クリエイターを募集しており、プロジェクトの未来を共に作ろうとさらなる意欲をみせています。誰よりも早く未来を体験したい個人クリエイターの型、1台1500ドルほどで提供しているそうですよ。無料体験は、まだまだ先のようですね。
